Heat doesn’t make a dramatic entrance the way a snowstorm does. It just sits on your trucks all day, every day, and breaks the two things most likely to strand one on the shoulder in July: tires and batteries. A breakdown in the heat isn’t only a repair. Tires: heat plus low pressure is how blowouts happen
